SKREAM in Atlanta! The video! Dubstep Takes Over Atlanta…

I headed over to Atlanta this past Monday to see SKREAM in a club called Filter (formerly The Mark). Here’s a short 20 min video of SKREAM (The video would have been much longer, but my battery died.) Big ups to all my ATL/N.C. Family! AtlantaDubstep, Crookhaven, DJMJATL, RickyRaw, MayhemSLR, Distal, InfernalTechno, Katie I, LowFreq, Mindelxir, and Household Management. I am forgetting some other people I know, but the names escape me at the moment. A little help?

What a great weekend we had last Saturday night in Birmingham, Alabama!
It wasn’t betafestival per se’, but it did give the city a taste of what’s to come once we secure a venue who is as forward thinking and ready for new and fresh ideas as the city’s patrons appear to be.
A huge hit at Lil’ Beta and a surprise to many (Yes, they are a band and not dj’s!) was the performance put on by the Austin, TX band VEGA. www.myspace.com/vegavisions
I’ve been championing them on the show for the last month and it was a real treat to see them live. They are a great group of musicians and as I have said before if they come to your city, do yourself a favor and go see them live.
